The Organization of Teratology Information Specialists (OTIS) has created a questionaire for you if you have PKU and are planning to get pregnant.

OTISThis OTIS guide, available here as a PDF, will help you determine if having PKU raises the risk to your fetus. With every pregnancy (PKU or not), all women have a 3% to 5% chance of having a baby with a birth defect.
